Abstract

Islamic education in the modern era faces increasingly complex challenges, particularly in realizing an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable education system amidst technological developments, globalization, and the diversity of student needs. This study aims to analyze the forms and principles of Islamic education management innovation that can support the realization of inclusive and sustainable education, and to identify implementation strategies at various levels and contexts of Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method (library research). The research data were obtained from various relevant scientific literature sources, including journal articles, books, and academic documents discussing Islamic education management, educational innovation, inclusivity, digital transformation, and educational sustainability. The data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through the stages of identification, selection, grouping, interpretation, and synthesis of the findings from the reviewed literature. The results of the study indicate that innovation in Islamic education management towards inclusive and sustainable education is based on four main aspects, namely innovative and adaptive leadership, the use of digital technology in learning and institutional management, strengthening a collaborative and inclusive culture, and the integration of Islamic values ​​with the principles of sustainability. The implementation of these aspects can improve the ability of Islamic educational institutions to respond to change, accommodate student diversity, increase the effectiveness of educational management, and build an educational system oriented towards future needs. Thus, innovation in Islamic education management not only functions as a response to changing times, but also as a strategy for building equitable, inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable education.
