Model Inovatif Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di Era Digital dan Keberagaman

Digital transformation and the increasing diversity of student characteristics present new challenges for Islamic education management in realizing adaptive, effective governance that remains grounded in Islamic values. This research aims to formulate an innovative model of Islamic education management that can respond to developments in digital technology while accommodating diversity in educational delivery. The research uses a qualitative approach with a library research approach (library research). Data were obtained from scientific books, national and international journal articles, policy documents, and relevant research results. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies, while data analysis used content analysis, which includes data reduction, coding (coding), theme categorization, interpretation, and conceptual synthesis. Data validity was carried out through source triangulation by comparing various credible and relevant references. The results of the study indicate that the innovative model of Islamic education management is built on three main components, namely transformational leadership based on Islamic values, integration of digital technology in governance and learning, and management that is responsive to diversity through the application of the principle of inclusivity. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of these three components in one conceptual model that places Islamic values as the foundation, digitalization as an instrument of transformation, and diversity as a principle of education management. This model is expected to be a conceptual contribution to the development of Islamic education management science as well as a reference for managers of Islamic educational institutions in facing the challenges of the digital era and an increasingly pluralistic society.
